Airport is in the north-west of Germany about 7 miles
from the city of Dortmund. Other cities in the area within
easy reach of the airport include Munster (36 miles),
Essen (30 miles), Hagen (18 miles) and Wuppertal (35 miles).
The airport handles between 2 and 2.5 million passengers
each year and is well laid out with easy access to neighbouring
main roads and ample car parking facilities. Dortmund's
main car park is constructed below ground directly under
the airport and laid out on 3 floors. Over 200,000 passengers
fly to Dortmund Airport from the United Kingdom each year
and easyJet provide flights from London-Luton.

ground-floor Arrivals area and can be easily accessed
by newly arrived passengers by heading straight across
the main entrance lobby upon leaving the baggage claim.
